Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi has received the award for the “Best Luxury Hotel in the Middle East” at this year’s prestigious Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards gala ceremony held in Bangkok.

Winners were selected through a rigorous rating process, taking various factors into account; rooms, food, service, overall hotel facilities, social responsibility and environmental participation. The selection process relied on quality feedback from guests, the hotel’s robust PR presence and positive word of mouth in the region rather than the number of votes by a panel of judges or the general public. The evaluation is carried out by an independent third party company “TrustYou” that reviews guest feedback across several online platforms such as Trip Advisor, OTAs among other online channels.
While receiving this big award for the hotel, Mr. Hatton is sincerely humbled to be also conferred the “Best General Manager” award in the Middle East region. For him, it is all about the hotel’s recognition that matters the most and it comes first.
